参加型デザイン 2009-Current

Why IT is difficult to use? Why clients and programmers cannot communicate each other in spite of the fact that both sides wish to make good IT service/products. In order to solve such a long-standing problem of software engineering, Scandinavian participatory design made a tremendous efforts last 30 years.

However, the potential of Scandinavian participatory design scalability is unknown. How to introduce Scandinavian participatory design to other socio-cultural environment, such as Japan? I have worked on this challenge with large IT companies and public organizations since 2009.
